Restaurant Technology Services opened our office in Clifton, NJ in 2005 to fill a need for technology solutions for family-owned restaurants that needed a personal touch. Most major POS providers cater to chain and franchise restaurants. We cater to the small mom and pop locations that use large menus and need fast, efficient menu designs along with local service that is reliable and friendly. We specialize in diners, pizzerias, bars and other fast paced food service operations, and we provide our own Help Desk and On-Site Support.
Our company has stood the test of time, and in today's technology environment with hundreds of POS solutions in the market, we are still relevant and continue to grow our company with enthusiastic referrals from our existing customers.
Due to our expanding customer base, we opened our second office in Woodbury, New Jersey in 2018 to cater to our Philadelphia Metro customers. Even though we could support our Philadelphia customers from our Clifton office, we feel it is important to respond quickly to support requests and be on site within minutes when a problem occurs. When our customers need us, we are there.
